Senior Frontend Engineer in Hamburg
Six years building web and mobile apps with Vue, React and TypeScript, from checkout for millions of fashion shoppers to 3D manufacturing software used by Alstom and Deutsche Bahn.
Products I helped build at three companies, with the parts I owned.
I led the migration of the entire 3D Spark frontend from JavaScript to TypeScript while the team kept shipping features. Whole classes of errors are now caught at build time, and large refactors became safe to attempt.
Engineers and buyers at Alstom, Deutsche Bahn, Siemens Mobility and ÖBB upload CAD files and compare how a part could be made. I built the CAD upload and analysis flow, the interactive 3D part viewer, process-chain comparisons and supplier requests, and extended the Django backend behind them.
Offerwalls, qualification, payouts and identity checks for web, iOS and Android. I modelled the multi-step flows as XState machines so every edge case was explicit, and built a shared Vue component library used across products.
I built checkout features for one of Europe's largest fashion platforms and helped roll out the React-based V3 checkout, including each market's payment, address and legal rules.

Vue 3 is my specialism. I have shipped production React, and I work comfortably in the backend when a feature needs it.
